Alcova, Gray Reef, Pathfinder Resource Management Plan and Environmental Assessment
Natrona County and their planning consultants would like to thank the Casper community for your involvement in planning process. The detailed and knowledgeable input received has helped us understand the needs of the community and we believe this is reflected in the Draft Resource Management Plan and Environmental Assessment.
Please review the Draft Resource Management Plan online, or at the Natrona County Roads, Bridges and Parks office between August 1st and August 30th.
This is the final opportunity for public comment on the Resource Management Plan and Environmental Assessment. At the conclusion of the comment period, Natrona County and the planning consultants will prepare the final plan by responding to and addressing comments from the public, the Bureau of Reclamation, other Wyoming and federal regulatory agencies, and the Natrona County Parks Board.
Natrona County and the planning consultants will seek approval from the Natrona County Commissioners in October. After the plan is approved by the County, it will be submitted to the Bureau of Reclamation for the final review. Natrona County is anticipating a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) and adoption of the plan by December of 2011.
